chicken breast, green peppers, onions, garlic, salt, pepper, chicken consomme, tomato past(ketchup in my case), flour for thickening, paprika spice, any kind of oil
season chicken with salt and pepper. Fry them in oil till both sides are brown. Remove but keep the juices.
chop up onions and garlic and cook in the juices. That will bring more flavor.
Make some chicken consomme. I use the little Japanese consomme cubes. Make about a cup.
Add your peppers to the onions and sprinkle a bit of salt. Then add some flour and chicken consomme to everything and stir. You need to decide how much chicken consomme you want to use. You want the texture sort of stewy.
Then put back the chicken and add some tomato paste with paprika.
Add some sour cream and stir.
Cook with a lid for about 45-60 minutes on medium to high heat. Don't leave it unattended unless you want to use a crockpot. Good luck!
