Residence Card (Zairyu Card) Extension / Renewal Service

I was wondering if anyone has used a service to help extend/renew their Residence Card (Zairyu Card)? I am traveling abroad on business for few months, during this time I also need to extend my Residence Card. You would think the employer would help arrange these things, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I plan on going back to Tokyo to pick it up once the new card has been issued, but was wondering if there was a service that could submit the documents on my behalf? If anyone has any experience / knowledge around this would be much appreciated. 😅
