Good to know. In the past I was asked if I wanted to get married/have children. I said no because it wasn’t in my mind at that time and i needed the job (didn’t wanna go against my recruiter😅) but I also decided instantly that I’ll do as I want. Discrimination is a horrible and -sadly- real thing and I wish more ppl had more compassion towards their fellow humans.
No I didnt know about this seminar, it was never mentioned, but I understand why, it is because there is a cost to it. But now I am in the same boat as you, I just left my company and now I found out about it. Thank you for this information.
