@TotoE Ohh thanks! I will try those places out if I go there again. Actually now that I think about it, I went to a pizza place near the coast line. Aaahha sorry I went there over a year ago, I don‘t remember where. But I also went to Futsu. There is a nice Buddhist temple and hike and view there.
I used to live in South Chiba prefecture, Tateyama has a few historical sites. There is a castle, historical war bunkers from WWII, and you can see a nice view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. Kamogawa has some great beaches to see and swim in the Pacific Ocean. There is also an outlet mall in Kisarazu, which connects to the Aqua Line, which a truck stop in the middle of Tokyo Bay, which has some beautiful views.
Ah!I visited for three days in Minamiboso and Tateyama Cities. I want to go again this summer and stay longer.Do you have any recommendations for restaurants or cafes there? I got great pastries at Manga Bakery at Tomiura Station, and really fresh seafood at the hotel I stayed at.
What kinds of places do you want to see? What experiences are you interested in?It also depends on which region of Chiba Prefecture you're looking at.Some favorite places are the four Hokuso Cities - Sakura, Sawara, Choshi, and Narita Cities.Check out the Japan Heritage Hokuso Four Cities information - https://hokuso-4cities.com/en/
Chiba Prefecture has a great guide, too- http://japan-chiba-guide.com/en/index.html
Ah, you're vegetarian! It looks like there are few vegetarian/vegan places now. I found Tulsi in Tateyama, Chisana Ouchi in Minamiboso,
Ahh sorry I think when I went there I didn’t eat out or there weren’t any cafes that were vegetarian friendly. So I don’t know sorry!
