I visited Tokyo Disney Sea once on a weekday evening and I went with low expectations. The Good - the attention to detail on the attractions is fantastic and I experienced suspension of disbelief. It really is magical. The Bad - the waits for attractions are ridiculously long even at 'slow' times. I really enjoyed Journey to the Center of the Earth and 20,000 Leagues under the Sea, and a carousel. That's all I got to enjoy there.

As for me I've never been there but I've always wanted to see the Halloween season there.

So this year I finally managed to get my husband to take one extra day off and planned to go but...

Now you can only get tickets online so you have to buy them ahead. I tried that but right now their tickets booking site is exploding because they released special tickets for vaxx ppl (I believe 6,000 smth yens instead of 8,000 or 9,000yens). I've waited half of a day to finally get in, managed to create an account and finally arrived to the final payment screen...the website kept sending me a invalid card number error!! WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER SO FAR

By the time I was able to try another card (my husband's one, I have only one card), tickets for that day were sold out... I guess we'll spend our money somewhere else

@urara Ohh noo! I’m so sorry! I have heard many people who had similar problems with this ticket buying website. You are not alone. It is really difficult ever since Covid times to get your tickets since reduced numbers of entry limits. Well maybe you can go on another day? Halloween times don’t end for a little while longer. Or there is always next year! I also went to Disney Sea in 2021 and they are so strict about Covid 19 regulations. I was asked to not eat food while in line for a ride, which was hard because I rode a lot of rides! My favorite part is the decorations of Disneyland, and the gardening, so beautiful and well thought out. I also love the presentation of the food dishes. It was a little hard to find vegetarian food, but still it was so cute, I didn’t mind. I recommend the Toy Story ride where you are like in a game, you shoot things and try to beat the person sitting next to you! So much fun! I hope you can go someday @urara !

Thank you for your feedback 😊 I'll try again next year maybe... I've seen that that Pirates of Caribbean ride is closed for now but that's a ride I'd like to do.
